About Champion Bowland
Champion Bowland exists to promote the conservation, heritage and improvement of the physical and natural environment of the Forest of Bowland National Landscape for the benefit of the public.
We do this by encouraging giving via the Bowland Sustainable Tourism Network, securing grant funding via organisations like the National Lottery Heritage fund and through a variety of fundraising activities within the National Landscape.
The proceeds from these activities are distributed across the Forest of Bowland via our small grants scheme, which businesses, individuals and community groups within the Forest of Bowland can apply for.

Discover Bowland
Champion Bowland also helps fund the Discover Bowland website, which promotes sustainable tourism across the Forest of Bowland National Landscape.
The website includes listings of accommodation and hospitality providers along with details of outdoor activities and events in the National Landscape.
